Formed in 1971. (earlier "Plumer" were created in 1971, to plug printed and televisoin leaks) On May 28, 1992 the "Plumers" broke into the Democratic Party National Headquarters at the Watergate Complex to put bugs in, so they could get infor mation for Nixon's Campaign. They did this without Nixons knowing. Then on June 17, 1992 they broke back in to remove the bugs, but were caught. Night watchman, Frank Willis, found the tape on the door. in result he arrested the five burglars, one of which was James McCord.

This investigation was past investigated. Nixon went on to win the Presidential election over Senator George McGovern. He won 49-50 states!
